You can bring your vehicle to any automobile repair facility of your choice, as long as they are a licensed repair shop.
Bring your vehicle to your licensed repair facility. Once they perform a diagnostic, have your mechanic call Trustmark Warranty on the claim phone number on your contract (1-855-355-2343) to start the claim.
Our claims adjusters will guide your mechanic through the claims process.
Once the failure is determined to be a covered claim, we pay the mechanic shop directly, minus the $100 deductible. The mechanic shop will collect the $100 deductible from you.
Yes. We offer 0% financing. A minimum of 10% of the total cost of the contract is required to initiate the payment plan. A convenience fee of $1.95 is charged monthly.

Rental Coverage is available for covered claims. Rental Coverage applies where the vehicle must be kept overnight and have a failure to a covered component that if driven, would result in further damage to the covered vehicle.
An additional $90.00 of rental coverage applies only in the event of a parts delay when an internal repair or replacement is performed on a major component group (Engine Group, Transmission Group, and Differential Group).
If the situation meets the criteria for rental coverage, we will reimburse you for rental car expenses incurred, up to $30.00 per 24 hour period, with a $150.00 maximum per claim.
